The NIE-Eco Club marked Vana Mahotsav on 17th July, 2024 with a tree plantation drive on campus, aligned with the year's (2024) theme of 'Land restoration, desertification, and drought resilience' under the slogan 'Our Land, Our Future'. Dr. Delia Antao, the officiating Principal, led the participation, joined by faculty, administrative staff, and Eco-Club students. Plant saplings were distributed to students during the event.
Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed)
The Diploma in Elementary Education prepares teachers to teach at the Elementary level (classes I-VII). It provides the trainees with a wide range of subject competencies and organisational skills. The programme includes Art and Physical Education which has contributed immensely to the holistic development of the trainees.

Two year fulltime course.

12th pass, 50% overall and 45% for English
