D.EL.ED. INVESTITURE CEREMONY 2023-2024

‘Leaders are not born but are made by their experiences in life’

To bestow responsibilities on the deserving young talents of the college to lead their institute from the front with their commitment, confidence and competence, NIE D.EL.Ed conducted Investiture ceremony for the academic year 2023-2024 which was held on 8th July 2023 with great enthusiasm and dignity in the college premises.The ceremony started  with the presence of the chief guest- the Director of the Institute Dr. Rita Paes.  

The newly elected students council entered with a slow march .The chief guest lit the lamp along with other staff members and the event started with a prayer followed by a prayer dance by the students.

The elected leaders were conferred with badges by honourable chief guest and other dignitaries. The D.EL.Ed Head, Pranali Parab along with the elected members took the  oath in order  to hold the college motto in high esteem.  

Each member of the students’ council gave a message, their vision and their goal to all the students through a short presentation showcasing their pride of being elected as a leader. The chief guest congratulated the members of Student Council and advised them to be impartial and honest in discharging their duties and as a leader to discover new paths for uplifting the institution. The ceremony ended with a motivational video by A.P.J Abdul Kalam, focusing on the qualities that a leader must hold, followed by the singing of the college anthem.
