A session on the topic 'Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace (PoSH) Act 2013' was conducted for the F.Y. and S.Y.B.Ed. students of Nirmala Institute of Education Panaji on 10th March 2026 at 3:00 p.m. in the NIE Hall. The session was led by Ms. Priya Shirodkar and Ms. Abigail Fernandes, students of LLB and members of the PoSH Compliance Clinic of V.M. Salgaocar College of Law, Miramar who shared valuable knowledge and guidance on the importance of creating a safe and respectful workplace environment for women.

Report of Monologue Competition
The Students’ Council of Nirmala Institute of Education under the aegis of IQAC organised a Konkani Monologue Competition for the Higher Secondary School Students of Goa. The theme was ‘ Swaatantryaachi Panchyattari ani Deshaa khatir Tarnnatyanchi Jabaabdari’. This competition was held to commemorate the Azaadi ka Amrut Mahotsav and Goa@60. The online monologue competition was open for the students of standards XI and XII, studying in the Higher Secondary schools of Goa. The last date for submission of the recorded video of the monologue was 15th December 2021.
The Winners of the Konkani Monologue Competition:
First Place: Sharv Pai Khot, XI Science, S.S.Angle Higher Secondary School, Mashem, Canacona Goa.
Second Place: Dirgha Phadte, Government Higher Secondary School, Khandola Marcel Goa.
