As part of the curriculum and under the aegis of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell -IQAC; the Faculty of Art & Aesthetics -Visual Arts Mr. Raymond Pereira conducted a session on ‘AI IMAGE GENERATORS’ for the S.Y. B.Ed. Trainees batch 2022-24. The objective of the session was to inculcate in each of the young teacher aspirants the finer nuances of Digital Art tools..

AI Image Generator is an AI-powered tool that takes a text prompt, processes it, and creates an image that best matches the description given in the text prompt. Text prompts are textual inputs containing keywords that the AI recognizes and based on these, generates a unique visual.

The trainees were introduced to Chat GPT’s DALL-E platform via Microsoft BING and a few mobile apps DREAM by Wombo and Canva;

wherein they were taught how to generate a text prompt, the various features and components that make effective prompts.

After sharing various examples the trainees generated various images using their own prompts in real time online.

The powerful AI tools are making it possible for anyone, regardless of skill level or experience, to create stunning and unique art. By using descriptive and specific prompts, artists and designers can bring their creative vision to life in ways that were once impossible.
