As part of the nationwide campaign to commemorate the 5th Anniversary of the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan (NMBA) initiated by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment (DoSJE), Government of India, the Nirmala Institute of Education, Altinho-Panaji, organized a Mass Pledge activity on campus. The pledge-taking ceremony at the Institute was organized in the college auditorium on 3rd October 2025 from 2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The program was to celebrate the 'Importance of Gandhian thoughts about Cleanliness' as part of the initiative taken by the SWACHHATA ABHIYAN CELL of the Institute. The Students were given a task to initiate cleanliness in and around their house.
